This modern holiday home of 130 m² accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs, with a spacious terrace. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and an extra WC. Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom, satellite TV, washing machine, a workspace, and an automatic coffee machine with beans are provided. Heating is available via air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room. Families with young children have access to 2 cots and a high chair. On the fenced 3,000 m² property, enjoy panoramic views of the olive grove and surrounding hills. A private garden, covered terrace, open terrace, and balcony offer plenty of space to relax and sunbathe. The private barbecue is perfect for outdoor meals.
